3.1 Account Creation

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harm or attempt to harm the Service or other users
• Remain inactive for extended periods

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use Deck Maker to:

• Translate your own PowerPoint presentations
• Process presentations you have rights to modify
• Create multilingual business materials
• Generate speaker notes for presentations

4.2 Prohibited Use

You must NOT use Deck Maker to:

• Translate copyrighted content without permission
• Process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Overload servers with excessive requests
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to Deck Maker. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process your content for translation purposes
• Store your content temporarily (up to 24 hours)
• Display your content back to you
• Create translated versions of your content

This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems.

5.2 Our Content

The Deck Maker service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by SeoulDynamics × Kandins Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Service without permission.

5.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about Deck Maker may be used by us without obligation to you. We appreciate your input in improving our Service.

6.1 Pricing

Deck Maker offers the following pricing plans:

• Free Beta: Currently available at no cost during beta testing
• Pay Per Use: $5 per presentation (coming soon)
• Pro Monthly: $49/month for unlimited translations (coming soon)
• Enterprise: Custom pricing for large organizations

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Stripe/Toss Payments). We do not store your payment card details. All payments are subject to the terms of our payment processors.

6.3 Refunds

Once paid services launch, we will offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. Refunds may be granted for:

• Service failures preventing file processing
• Significant quality issues not meeting advertised standards
• Billing errors or unauthorized charges

7.1 Service "As Is"

Deck Maker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness of translations
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security or privacy of data beyond our control

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeoulDynamics × Kandins Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or content
• Business interruption
• Translation errors or omissions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SeoulDynamics × Kandins Studio from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9.1 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9.2 Service Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at our discretion. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes affecting paid features.

9.3 Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between the parties
• Mediation if negotiations fail
• Binding arbitration as a last resort

10.3 Miscellaneous

• Severability: Invalid provisions shall not affect other Terms
• Waiver: No waiver shall be effective unless in writing
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights without consent
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the complete agreement
